Alternative K-pop group Balming Tiger successfully concluded their solo concert 'Gongbu' held over two days on the 6th and 7th.

This performance served as the climax stage for their 2nd regular album project, planned based on the narrative of a virtual research lab called 'Gongbu Korea' that observes human dreams and the unconscious. Balming Tiger revealed live performances of all tracks from their 2nd regular album for the first time, showcasing their unique original universe to the audience.

The concert was filled with a diverse composition that maximized live energy. A drum and percussion solo performance was added to 'Gojin-gamrae', a pre-released track from last May, while member Soegum's deeply appealing vocals added dimension to the stage. During costume changes, solo performances and self-introductions by the band session were arranged to maintain the audience's immersion. Furthermore, 'Nettaiya', where member bj wnjn filled the stage alone, was placed appropriately to heighten the tension.

Additionally, existing hit songs 'Kolo Kolo' and 'Spirit Chaebol' were newly arranged with touches of bossa nova and Latin music, offering a unique charm.

In particular, member Mudd the Student, who suffered a toe injury, delivered a performance utilizing crutches, creatively sublimating the crisis into a stage and drawing an enthusiastic response from the audience.

Having successfully realized a multi-layered narrative spanning from the release of their 2nd regular album to music videos and live performances, Balming Tiger proved their deep exploration of dreams and the unconscious through their musical capabilities, setting a meaningful milestone in the group's career.
