Singer Kim Jae-hwan flawlessly executed his first outdoor festival stage since his military discharge, proving his unrivaled capabilities as a 'performance-oriented singer-songwriter.'

Appearing at the '2026 Korea Memorial Festa' held at Seoul's Nanji Hangang Park on the 6th, Kim Jae-hwan heated up the venue with a band live performance and excellent stage manners. He opened with a spectacular start with 'Truth or Dare,' which highlighted his signature appealing vocals.

During the following 'Kkotingayo' stage, he played the guitar himself alongside his sweet singing, offering a deepened musical sensibility. In particular, he showed his wit by changing the lyrics of the song to his official fandom name 'WINNER,' deeply moving his fans.

In the stage for 'Become the Light,' the OST of the drama 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha,' he captured the delicate emotional line of the song with restrained emotions and calm vocals. Afterwards, in the following 'Snail' stage, he maximized the audience's immersion by delivering a fresh emotion through the harmony of gentle guitar melodies and clean tones.

The finale of the concert was decorated by his most recently released song, 'I'll Pick You Up Now.' The harmony of the refreshing band sound and explosive singing ability allowed Kim Jae-hwan to fully display his aspect as a 'rock star,' and he naturally breathed with the audience with his outstanding stage dominance, leading the heat of the festival.

After finishing the stage, Kim Jae-hwan expressed his overwhelming impressions, saying, "Since it was my first outdoor festival after my discharge, I was excited and nervous while preparing, but rather, I think I'm leaving with receiving greater energy from the audience."

Having successfully finished this domestic festival following 'KCON JAPAN 2026' last May, Kim Jae-hwan, who has solidified his position as a global 'performance powerhouse,' is scheduled to appear at 'Stage Name' to be held at Daegu EXCO Auditorium on July 25th, continuing his musical communication with the audience.
