GNB Eco announced on the 9th that it signed a supply contract for eco-friendly solar scrubber equipment with Shanghai Shareway Environment Technology Co., Ltd., located in China.

The contract amount is 12.721 billion won, which accounts for 13.84% of the company's 2025 consolidated sales of 91.919 billion won. The supply region is China, and the equipment will be delivered through in-house production.

Shanghai Shareway Environment Technology Co., Ltd., the contracting party, is an affiliated company engaged in the semiconductor and solar equipment business, and has a track record of fulfilling similar contracts over the past three years.

The contract period is from June 8, 2026, to December 31, 2026. There is no down payment or advance payment, and the payment will be made four months after the equipment's arrival date.

The company explained that the contract amount was calculated based on 55.797 million yuan (CNY). The exchange rate applied was 228.02 won per yuan, based on the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage's initial base rate on June 8, 2026.

Additionally, the company noted that the contract end date is based on the expected delivery completion date, and both the contract amount and period may be subject to change depending on future progress.
