Doosan Ltd. has submitted a report on changes in major shareholdings after modifying the terms of its existing stock collateral (pledge) agreement while maintaining its stake in Doosan Energility.

According to a disclosure on the 9th, the shares of Doosan Energility held by Doosan Ltd. and its related parties stand at 196,506,795 shares, unchanged from the previous report, with the stake remaining steady at 30.68%. The number of voting rights and the voting rights ratio were also maintained at 196,506,795 shares and 30.68%, respectively. The reason for this major shareholding report is a 'change in contract terms,' not a fluctuation in share ownership.

In detail, the number of shares subject to key contracts decreased from the previous 53,127,227 shares (8.29%) to 48,168,044 shares (7.52%). Conversely, Doosan Ltd. entered into a new pledge agreement with Woori Bank for 2.5 million shares of Doosan Energility it holds (a 0.39% stake). This contract was signed on June 9, 2026, and remains valid until June 9, 2028.

Consequently, Doosan Ltd. currently has a total of 48,168,044 shares of Doosan Energility pledged as collateral, accounting for 7.52% of the total issued shares. The current collateral creditors include Woori Bank, Shinhan Bank, Hana Bank, KB Kookmin Bank, Korea Securities Finance Corporation, and DS Hana No. 1.

Meanwhile, as of the report's reference date, Doosan Ltd. is the largest shareholder holding a 30.68% stake in Doosan Energility, explicitly stating that the purpose of holding these shares is to 'influence management rights.'
