The organizer, UPeak, will hold two large-scale events to further fuel the enthusiasm of global fans ahead of the ‘KMA 2026’ awards ceremony. First, a mega ticket event where winners can gain entry to the main ceremony will be held on the official X (formerly Twitter) channel until the 22nd. Fans wishing to participate will be automatically entered by tagging a friend they want to go with via a mention or quote retweet on UPeak’s official event tweet, along with writing the reason they must attend the event. Through a draw, winners will be awarded two tickets per person for the main ceremony.

Alongside this, the final round of voting for the ‘KMA 2026’ Popularity Awards will take place on the UPeak app from June 8 to July 6. The voting will be held across a total of seven categories: Best Popular Group Award (Male/Female), Best Popular Solo Award (Male/Female), Global Rising Star Award, Best Popular Trot Award, and Best Popular Song Award. The winners of these Popularity Awards will be decided 100% by fan votes cast exclusively through the UPeak app. The final winners will be determined by combining the cumulative votes from the first and second rounds of the main competition previously held with the votes from this final round.

A UPeak official stated, “As the organizer of ‘KMA 2026,’ we planned this event so that fans can enjoy not only the voting but also the现场 of the ceremony festival together,” adding, “You can check the voting status and detailed information about the event through UPeak’s official SNS and app, so we ask for your great interest.”

Meanwhile, ‘KMA 2026,’ which will be held on July 25 at Hwajung Gymnasium, Korea University in Anam-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, is raising expectations with an unprecedented lineup, confirming the appearance of global trending artists such as Longshot, AllDay Project, Alphard Drive One, Zero Base One, Cortis, Tomorrow X Together, P1Harmony, and Hearts2Hearts (in alphabetical order of Korean names).
