The Korea Exchange has extended the substantive review period for the listing eligibility of Yoplus by 15 business days. The final decision on whether it will be subject to the review is scheduled to be made by June 30, 2026.

On the 9th, the Korea Exchange announced through its market notice, "We are currently reviewing whether Yoplus Ltd. is subject to a substantive review for listing eligibility, in accordance with the provisions of Article 56, Paragraph 1 of the KOSDAQ Market Listing Regulations."

The exchange determined that further investigation was necessary to decide whether to proceed with the substantive review. Accordingly, under Article 57, Paragraph 1 of the KOSDAQ Market Listing Regulations, the investigation period, which was originally scheduled to conclude on this day (June 9, 2026), has been extended.

The exchange plans to make a final decision on whether Yoplus will be subject to the substantive review by June 30, the end of the extended investigation period. In addition, it will provide guidance on whether the trading suspension of Yoplus shares will continue or if trading will resume following this decision.

Meanwhile, this disclosure is merely to announce the extension of the investigation period and does not signify that the exchange has confirmed Yoplus as a target for a substantive eligibility review. The final determination regarding its status as a review target and any subsequent trading suspension measures will be decided based on the exchange's forthcoming review results.
