LG CNS (CEO Hyun Shin-gyun) has signed a comprehensive contract with global AI company Anthropic to introduce 'Claude Enterprise,' an enterprise AI model. This agreement is structured as a comprehensive deployment applicable to all LG Group affiliates, focusing on LG CNS driving full-scale AX (AI Transformation) innovation at the group level.

Claude is an enterprise AI model equipped with advanced reasoning capabilities, robust security, and the capacity to process long documents. It offers features that enhance work productivity, such as building AI agents linked with internal systems, coding support, and facilitating collaboration. LG CNS has established an internal environment allowing all employees to utilize Claude, driving AI-based productivity innovation across various work domains, including development.

Notably, LG CNS is expanding the internal application of generative AI and strengthening its multi-AI system. Employees can utilize a variety of AI models, including Claude and ChatEXA from the LG AI Research Institute, tailored to their specific work purposes. Based on this AI operational capability and industry expertise, the company plans to expand its AX business by supporting the entire process—from adoption consulting to operation and utilization—for LG Group affiliates and external enterprises in the future.

The partnership between the two companies has continued since an equity investment in Anthropic made through LG Technology Ventures in 2023. LG CNS has consistently optimized and provided Claude for the Korean corporate environment, and it plans to further strengthen mutual collaboration to advance customized AX services for businesses.

Choi Ki-young, Head of Anthropic's Korea Office, remarked, "Through our collaboration with LG CNS, domestic companies will be able to apply safe and reliable AI to their operations," and noted, "We will cooperate to ensure that Claude establishes itself as a platform leading innovation in enterprise productivity."
