UDM Tech has signed a supply contract for an operation management service based on the 'Smart Air Care Platform'. According to UDM Tech on the 10th, the contract amount is 1.023 billion KRW. This represents a significant scale, equivalent to 31.84% of the company's recent sales revenue (3.21311 billion KRW) based on the 2025 separate financial statements. UDM Tech stated, "The disclosed contract amount excludes value-added tax." The supply region is limited to South Korea, and the contract period is from June 10, 2026, to July 20, 2026. The payment will be made as a 100% lump sum on the contract end date of July 20, 2026, with no separate down payment or advance payment. Meanwhile, the company did not disclose the contracting party due to the protection of trade secrets. The counterparty's corporate name, recent sales revenue, and main business operations will be withheld from disclosure until the confidentiality retention deadline of July 20, 2026, in accordance with the request for non-disclosure.
