Daehan Kwang Tong Shin announced in a disclosure on the 10th that a provisional attachment on claims worth approximately 3.5 billion won, filed earlier this year, has been concluded following the creditor's withdrawal of the application and request to lift the execution.

On this day, Daehan Kwang Tong Shin stated through a correction disclosure that as the creditor, TMC Co., Ltd., submitted an application for withdrawal and lifting of execution to the court, the relevant procedures will no longer be maintained.

This case involved a provisional attachment on claims filed by TMC against Daehan Kwang Tong Shin at the Cheonan Branch of the Daejeon District Court. The third-party obligors were Citibank Korea and Hana Bank.

In January, the court had decided to provisionally attach Daehan Kwang Tong Shin's claims against the third-party obligors and restrict payments on those claims. At the time, the claimed amount was 3,531,053,087 won, which equaled 6.99% of Daehan Kwang Tong Shin's equity capital of 50,572,105,058 won.

However, as the creditor withdrew the application and requested the lifting of the execution this time, the judgment and decision amount was changed to 'not applicable,' and the ratio to equity capital was removed from the disclosure.

Daehan Kwang Tong Shin stated, "Since the creditor has submitted the application for withdrawal and lifting of execution to the court, this case is concluded." Additionally, it explained that the date on which the company was notified of the fact by the creditor's legal representative and confirmed it was June 10, 2026.
