Group NOWZ is continuing its growth as a 'self-producing idol' by expanding its musical spectrum through a relay of the members' self-composed songs.

On the 9th, NOWZ's Jinhyuk released a video for his self-composed song 'ROSE' through the official YouTube channel. The song features lyrics comparing the emotions of a love that is hard to let go of, despite exchanging scars, to a rose. The video draws attention by capturing Jinhyuk's natural daily life set against the streets near Tokyo Tower.

Previously, NOWZ released the digital single 'The Start of Us,' the first self-composed song by leader Hyunbin, and Siyun released a video for his self-composed track 'Save me,' consistently showcasing the individual musical capabilities of the members.

These self-composed song activities are an extension of the musical potential NOWZ has shown since their debut. Starting with the title track 'OoWee' and the b-side 'TICKET' from their debut single 'NOWADAYS' in April 2024, they have participated in writing the lyrics for songs such as 'Let's Get It', 'EVERGLOW', 'Problem Child', and 'HomeRUN'. They also directly participated in composing 'Fly Freely', proving their musical abilities.

NOWZ, which has been standing out in both performance and music production, recently achieved the feat of winning the 'Hot Trend Award' for the second consecutive year at 'ASEA 2026', held at Japan's Venuedome. Since then, NOWZ has been continuing their vigorous activities, taking the stage at various events, including the '2026 Seowon Valley Charity Green Concert'.
