The official pre-show of the 'Asia Artist Awards (AAA)', 'ACON 2026, The Road to AAA 2026: Official Pre-show,' has revealed its first special stage lineup, signaling the start of a full-scale festival.

At the event scheduled to be held on July 25 at the NTSU Arena in Taipei, Taiwan, the groups CLOSE YOUR EYES and NEXZ, who are garnering attention in the global market, will present a special collaboration stage.

The two teams will engage in a customized three-on-three dance match, reinterpreting the hit songs of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. CLOSE YOUR EYES will perform a stage of 'Dangerous,' highlighting their restrained charisma and sensational groove, while NEXZ will present a 'Beat It' stage with powerful and sharp synchronized dancing. Subsequently, the two teams are expected to bring the atmosphere to its peak through a joint 'Thriller' performance.

In addition, a solo special stage for NEXZ has been prepared. NEXZ announced a special stage for the hit song of their senior in the music industry, GOT7, expressing their ambition to carry the stage with their team's unique energetic charm and refreshing youthful energy.

The organizers stated, "This year's festival focuses on the theme of youth, showcasing the limitless challenges and passion of the artists," and added, "The Michael Jackson homage and GOT7 tribute stages that the two groups will present will offer unforgettable moments for K-pop fans around the world."

A spectacular lineup of artists is set to appear at this event, including MC Sung Han-bin, MIAO, Xdinary Heroes, Choi Ye-na, CLOSE YOUR EYES, KISS OF LIFE, NEXZ, and QWER, transforming Taipei into a grand festival venue.

Meanwhile, this event, hosted by Starnews and organized by the AAA Organizing Committee, MOTIVE, and D-SHOW, will take place on July 25 at the NTSU Arena in Taipei, Taiwan.
