Ubion stated, "The scope of the service upgrade work includes improving the efficiency of educational operation tasks and enhancing AI-based learning support." This contract amount accounts for 8.91% of Ubion's recent revenue (3,368,362,384 KRW based on the consolidated financial statements as of the end of September 2025). The recent revenue of the contracting party, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., is 333.605938 trillion KRW based on the consolidated financial statements at the end of 2025, with major businesses including semiconductor and smartphone manufacturing. Ubion has a track record of executing similar contracts with Samsung Electronics over the past three years. Additionally, Ubion added, "The contract amount excludes value-added tax, and the contract conditions, including the contract amount and period, may change depending on future progress."
