Yoo Yeon-jung of the group WJSN fully demonstrated her presence as an actress through the musical 'Beethoven'.

Yoo Yeon-jung recently took to the stage in the role of Bettina Brentano in the musical 'Beethoven,' which raised its curtain at the Grand Theater of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. She instantly captivated the audience by portraying her character three-dimensionally with her matured acting skills and solid vocal abilities.

In particular, Yoo Yeon-jung stably expressed the musical's major numbers with her signature clear and appealing vocals, further enhancing the immersion of the production. It was a stage where the audience could visually witness the growth of Yoo, who has consistently honed her capabilities on the musical stage since 2022.

Having successfully completed her first performance, Yoo Yeon-jung shared her thoughts through her agency, Starship Entertainment, stating, "I prepared for this with a mix of excitement and nervousness to greet you with a new work, and I am thankful that I was able to safely complete the first performance."

She continued, expressing her determination for the remaining shows, saying, "Thanks to the fans and audience members who cheered me on, I gained great strength, and I will do my best for the remaining performances as well."

Prior to this musical endeavor, Yoo Yeon-jung had been meeting the public through various vigorous activities, including WJSN's 10th-anniversary special single promotions and the I.O.I 10th-anniversary commemorative concert.

Meanwhile, the musical 'Beethoven,' which illustrates the journey of the genius composer Beethoven who burned with creative passion even amid the crisis of hearing loss, will continue to run at the Grand Theater of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts until August 11.
