Yas announced on the 15th that it has signed a supply contract worth KRW 12.4 billion for mass-production evaporation sources with Chinese display company CSOT (Guangzhou China Star Optoelectronics Printing Display Technology Co., Ltd).
[Contract Scale and Financial Impact] The total contract amount is KRW 12,423,672,000. This represents 35.74% of Yas's revenue (KRW 34,763,681,766) based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements, and a significant improvement in business performance is expected. The company explained that the contract amount was calculated using the基准 exchange rate for trade (1 USD = KRW 1,527) as of June 12, 2026.
[Counterparty Information] Guangzhou China Star Optoelectronics Printing Display Technology Co., Ltd, the contracting party, is primarily engaged in the production and sale of display products. This company has a track record of executing similar contracts with Yas over the past three years, indicating that stable delivery is anticipated.
[Contract Schedule and Payment Terms] The contract period runs from June 12, 2026, to November 6, 2026. The start date is based on the date of receipt of the purchase order (PO), while the end date is based on the delivery date and may be subject to change by mutual agreement between the two parties.
Payment will be made in installments, divided into an interim payment and a final payment. The interim payment, equivalent to 90% of the contract amount, will be paid via a Letter of Credit (L/C) after FOB (Free On Board) processing. The remaining 10% final payment will be settled via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) after the completion of the Acceptance Test.
