S1 announced in a regulatory filing on the 15th that it has signed an integrated security personnel service contract worth 155.2839 billion KRW with Samsung Electronics.

The contract was signed with Samsung Electronics' DS (Device Solutions) division and amounts to 5.37% of S1's revenue (2.889412422255 trillion KRW) based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements. The contracting party, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., has an affiliated company relationship with S1.

The contract covers the Republic of Korea, with a contract period running from January 1 to December 31, 2026. There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and fees will be billed and paid on a monthly basis. The contract was signed on June 15, 2026.

S1 explained that the contract amount excludes value-added tax and may be subject to change depending on the outcome of the service performance. The company also added that the recent revenue figures are based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements.
