HLB will hold an investor relations (IR) session for major domestic and foreign institutional investors from June 16 to 17.

According to a regulatory filing on the 15th, this IR session will be held over two days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., targeting institutional investors based in Seoul. It has been organized to enhance investors' understanding of the company and to boost corporate value.

The event will be conducted in a Non-Deal Roadshow (NDR) format, during which HLB plans to provide detailed explanations of its key business operations and hold a question-and-answer (Q&A) session. Meanwhile, the scheduling of this IR session was confirmed on June 15, 2026.
