Huurim Robots will additionally list 101,832 new shares issued through a general public offering paid-in capital increase.

According to a Korea Exchange disclosure on the 15th, 101,832 common shares of Huurim Robots are scheduled to be additionally listed on June 18, 2026.

The additional shares being listed are from the 45th issuance round, with an issuance date of June 6, 2026. The issue price per share is 9,820 won, and the par value of the common shares is 500 won per share.

Upon completion of this new share issuance and additional listing, the total number of listed shares of Huurim Robots will expand to 119,559,029 shares. The dividend commencement date for the new shares has been set to January 1, 2026.
