JNTC will invest approximately 30.4 billion KRW in capital into its Vietnamese subsidiary to invest in new businesses and improve its financial structure.

According to a regulatory filing on the 15th, JNTC decided on a third-party allotment capital increase for its Vietnamese entity, 'JNTC VINA Co., Ltd.' The raised funds, totaling 30,080,000,000 KRW (20 million USD in cash), are earmarked as facility funds, with the payment date set for June 16, 2026. The KRW-equivalent amount was calculated using the base exchange rate (1 USD = 1,520.40 KRW) as of the board resolution date of June 15, 2026.

The company explained that this case is somewhat different from a typical paid-in capital increase accompanied by the issuance of new shares. As a capital investment into a 100%-owned overseas subsidiary, it is structured so that JNTC holds an equity stake in the paid-in capital without JNTC VINA issuing separate shares. Therefore, the number of shares acquired is not separately indicated, and JNTC's ownership stake in JNTC VINA will remain at 100% before and after the investment.

JNTC VINA, whose primary business is manufacturing tempered glass, has total assets of 347,942,076,611 KRW as of the end of 2025. This figure accounts for 63.47% of JNTC's consolidated total assets (548,175,586,463 KRW).

Meanwhile, JNTC has been continuously strengthening the financial capacity of its Vietnamese entity. Previously, on December 24, 2025, the company converted 12 million USD in loans into an investment, followed by a cash investment of 15 million USD on March 23, 2026.
