Eubiologics announced on the 16th through a regulatory filing that it has signed an oral cholera vaccine supply contract worth approximately 29.8 billion won with the international relief agency UNICEF.

Under this contract, Eubiologics will supply its orally administered cholera vaccines 'Euvichol' and 'Euvichol-S' to Bangladesh through its own production method. The contract period runs from June 15, 2026, to August 14, 2026.

According to the filing, the total contract amount is 29,794,432,962 won. This represents 19.97% of Eubiologics' 2025 standalone revenue of 149,195,024,704 won. There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payment will be received within 30 days after the submission of supporting documents is completed.

The company also explained the detailed transaction terms and exchange rate application standards. The contract amount was calculated by converting USD 19,659,804 at the Hana Bank base exchange rate (1 USD = 1,515.50 KRW) as of June 15, 2026, with value-added tax set separately. Additionally, the company stated, "The contract date is the date on which the purchase order (PO) was received from the counterparty."
