Hansung Cleantec has won a 22.2 billion KRW contract from Samsung E&A for ultrapure water facility construction, a key component of the semiconductor manufacturing process.

According to Hansung Cleantec on the 17th, the company recently signed a contract with Samsung E&A for the 'Pyeongtaek P5 Ph1 Ultrapure Water Complex Building Facility Construction A.' The exact contract amount is 22.1775 billion KRW, which accounts for 11.09% of last year's consolidated revenue of 19.9851392139 billion KRW.

The supply region is domestic, and the contract period runs from June 17, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The construction will be carried out using a combination of in-house and outsourced production methods, and includes advance payments.

The company explained, "The contract amount excludes value-added tax (VAT), and the contract amount and period may change depending on the future progress of the construction." Additionally, the stated contract date was calculated based on the date when electronic signatures were completed between the two parties.
