Kolon Global has secured the construction rights for a large-scale street housing maintenance project in the Majang-dong area of Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

On the 17th, Kolon Global announced through a regulatory filing that it signed a construction contract with the Street Housing Maintenance Project Union for the area around Majang-dong 457, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for the "Majang-dong Zone 3 Street Housing Maintenance Project."

The contract amount for this project totals KRW 103.448 billion. This figure excludes value-added tax (VAT) and is equivalent to 3.85% of Kolon Global's consolidated revenue (KRW 2.684430963154 trillion) as of the end of 2025.

The project site will feature an apartment complex and ancillary facilities with a total of 255 units. Payment will be made on an installment basis upon unit sales, with no separate down payment or advance payment. The construction period is expected to take a total of 40 months from the actual start date of construction.

Meanwhile, the contract date listed in the filing is specified as June 17, 2026, but the specific start and end dates of the contract period have not yet been finalized. The company added, "The contract amount, contract period, and construction start date may change in the future depending on the progress of the project."
