Neuromeca has confirmed the first issue price for its paid-in capital increase, conducted via a general public offering of unsubscribed shares after shareholder allocation, at 38,350 won per share. Accordingly, the initially planned fundraising amount has also been partially adjusted.
According to Neuromeca's regulatory filing on the 18th, the total number of common shares to be issued through this paid-in capital increase is 3,196,465 shares. The breakdown of funds to be raised, calculated based on the confirmed first issue price, is as follows.
- Facility funds: 80 billion won (initial) → 76,004,418,750 won (adjusted)
- Operating funds: 36,580,014,000 won (unchanged from the original plan)
- Debt repayment funds: 10 billion won (unchanged from the original plan)

Issue Price Determination and Final Disclosure The final confirmed issue price will be determined on July 22 and will be set at the lower of the first issue price and the subsequently calculated second issue price. The company plans to disclose the final issue price on July 23.
Free Share Issuance to Follow Paid-In Capital Increase Neuromeca plans to also conduct a free share issuance after completing the paid-in capital increase. The reference date for allocating new free shares is August 6, and following the completion of the paid-in capital increase, 0.5 free shares will be allocated for each share held by existing shareholders. Through this, 7,802,808 new common shares will be issued.
