The total face value of the convertible bonds acquired this time through an over-the-counter purchase method is 800 million won. The acquisition amount totals 943,464,161 won, including 800 million won in principal and accrued interest, and the required funds were covered by the company's own funds. Enkem conducted the early acquisition through consultation with the bondholders, and the stated acquisition date is June 19, 2026.
