HLB Innovation will hold an Investor Relations (IR) session for major domestic and international institutional investors from June 22 to 24.

According to a definitive disclosure filed on the 19th, the event was organized to enhance investors' understanding of the company and to boost corporate value. The event will be conducted in a Non-Deal Roadshow (NDR) format, and over the course of three days, the company will directly visit institutional investors in Seoul from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In particular, this IR will focus on introducing the core business operations of its subsidiary, Verismo Therapeutics, and will include a question-and-answer (Q&A) session with investors.

Meanwhile, the related IR materials will be officially posted on the Korea Exchange's electronic disclosure system (KIND) on the 22nd.
