Nara Space Technology has signed a service contract worth KRW 6.1 billion for the development of a space verification satellite.

According to a regulatory filing by Nara Space Technology on the 19th, the contract amount for the 'space verification satellite development service' is KRW 6,106,486,000. This accounts for 46.13% of the company's revenue (KRW 13,236,859,805) based on its separate financial statements at the end of 2025.

The contract period runs from June 19, 2026, to July 31, 2030, spanning approximately four years and one month, with the sales and supply region being the Republic of Korea. The service will be carried out through in-house production. Under the contract terms, a 40% advance payment will be made upon signing, with subsequent payments to be made incrementally upon delivery of each item.

However, the company withheld the disclosure of the counterparty and detailed service contents, citing the need to protect confidential business information. Finally, the company clarified that the contract amount excludes value-added tax (VAT). It also added that detailed contract terms, including the contract amount and period, may be subject to change during the course of the project.
