Hanwha Ocean announced on the 22nd that it plans to conduct transactions of goods and services worth a total of 11.134 billion KRW with Hanwha Power during the third quarter of 2026 (July 1 to September 30).
- In this affiliate transaction, Hanwha Ocean's total revenue (from the provision of services and design services) amounts to 1.489 billion KRW. The breakdown is as follows:
- Renewal of service contract for European subsidiary of Merchant Ship Division: 124 million KRW
- Service contract for Power System-Ocean overseas branch: 212 million KRW
- Business cooperation design service for ship retrofit business: 353 million KRW
- Design service related to Hanwha Power Systems EP business: 800 million KRW
Meanwhile, Hanwha Ocean's total purchase amount stands at 9.645 billion KRW. The company plans to purchase high-capacity cargo gas compressor equipment from Hanwha Power for 2.645 billion KRW and will also acquire ship guarantee services worth 7 billion KRW under a service subcontract and business cooperation agreement.
The total transaction amount of 11.134 billion KRW, combining revenue and purchases, accounts for approximately 0.09% of Hanwha Ocean's standalone revenue for 2025 (12.9036 trillion KRW).
