A traffic accident has occurred at the World Cup Underpass in Seongsan-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, leading to ongoing full road closures.

Mapo-gu issued a safety alert at 10:00 PM on the 23rd, stating, "Due to a traffic accident that occurred at the World Cup Underpass today at 22:00, full bidirectional traffic control has been in effect at the Seongsan-dong World Cup Underpass from 22:30."

The currently controlled section covers both directions of the World Cup Underpass in the Seongsan-dong area. The lifting time for the control has not yet been announced.

A Mapo-gu official said via the safety alert, "Drivers are advised to check traffic information in advance and use alternate routes." Drivers need to stay informed of the road closure situation and plan detour routes ahead of time.
