Mirae Industry has signed a 6.2 billion won contract to supply semiconductor inspection equipment to a Chinese trading partner.

According to a regulatory filing by Mirae Industry on the 23rd, the counterparty to the contract is a China-based company called 'YILING TRADING,' and the supply region is also China. The contract period runs from June 23, 2026 to November 20 of the same year, with the contract end date based on the final delivery date.

The total contract value is 4.05 million USD (4,050,000), representing an overseas export transaction exclusive of value-added tax. Converted to Korean won using the base exchange rate (1,535.70 won per dollar) as of the contract date of June 23, 2026, the contract amount totals 6,219,585,000 won. This figure accounts for 12.25% of Mirae Industry's consolidated revenue for 2025 (50,777,866,585 won).

Payment terms call for 70% to be paid prior to shipment and 30% after final approval, with no separate deposit or advance payment.

The company added that the contract amount and period may be subject to change based on further consultation with the trading partner.
