Finetek announced on the 25th that it has signed an OLED manufacturing equipment supply contract with Samsung Display Vietnam (SAMSUNG DISPLAY VIETNAM CO., LTD.).

Under this contract, the company will supply equipment produced through its own production method to the Vietnam region, with a total contract value of KRW 5,791,102,429. This amounts to 12.49% of Finetek's most recent consolidated revenue (KRW 46,345,235,298) for 2025.

• Contract period: June 24, 2026 – June 24, 2027
• Payment terms: 90% intermediate payment upon product delivery, 10% balance upon passing the customer's final inspection

The company explained that the contract amount was converted to Korean won from USD 3,767,305.77, calculated using the Seoul foreign exchange brokerage market base rate (KRW 1,537.20 per dollar) as of the contract date of June 24, 2026. It also added that the most recent revenue figure disclosed is based on 2025.
