Namkwang Construction announced in a regulatory filing on the 26th that it has signed a contract with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) for the 'Yangju Hoecheon A-23BL and A-4BL Integrated Private Participation Public Housing Construction Project.'

The total contract value for this project is 369,150,825,933 won. Of this, the net contract amount reflecting Namkwang Construction's stake (51%) is 188,266,921,226 won, excluding value-added tax. This large-scale order accounts for 52.67% of the company's most recent consolidated revenue (357,445,671,453 won) based on 2025 figures.

The project site covers areas in Deokgye-dong and Hoejeong-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. Through this project, a total of 1,172 public housing units will be developed, with 636 units in Yangju Hoecheon A-23BL and 536 units in A-4BL.

Construction is scheduled to take place from June 25, 2026, to August 31, 2030, with payments to be made on a progress-based installment method. The company noted that the construction period or contract amount may change depending on future project progress.
