Azigland announced in a regulatory filing that it has signed a supply contract with SK Hynix for the design of an application-specific semiconductor (ASIC) (eSSD Controller).

According to the company, the contract was originally signed on May 27, 2025, but a disclosure obligation arose due to an amended contract dated June 29, 2026. The revised contract amount consisted of USD 18,883,645 and 2,817,657,894 won. This amount was calculated as a total of 31,851,262,082 won, converted from US dollars using the initial base exchange rate of KEB Hana Bank on June 29, 2026 (1 USD = 1,537.50 won).
Meanwhile, Azigland added that the contract amount and period may be subject to change depending on the progress of the design process.
