DMS announced in a regulatory filing on the 26th that it has signed a supply contract for display panel manufacturing process equipment with China's Guangzhou China Star Optoelectronics Printing Display Technology Co., Ltd. (CSOT).

The total contract value is KRW 67.69666 billion. This represents 43.54% of the company's revenue (KRW 155.471297435 billion) based on the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The original contract amount was CNY 298 million, converted at the exchange rate applicable on June 26, 2026 (1 CNY = KRW 227.17).

The contract period runs from June 26, 2026, to March 4, 2027, with China as the region for sales and supply. Payment will be made in installments of 60% interim payment and 40% balance, with no down payment or advance payment. The supply method will combine in-house production and outsourced manufacturing.

This contract was signed based on the purchase order (PO) received by DMS on June 26, 2026.
