Group (G)I-DLE has successfully wrapped up their world tour concert on an overwhelming scale at Kai Tak Stadium, the largest performance venue in Hong Kong.
Held on the 27th and 28th of this month, the concert drew approximately 80,000 attendees, excluding limited-view seats, once again proving (G)I-DLE's global popularity.
Over the two days of performances, (G)I-DLE presented stages featuring a diverse array of hit songs including 'Mono,' 'LION,' 'Super Lady,' and 'HWAA.' In particular, songs such as 'LATATA,' 'TOMBOY,' 'I Hate Being Sick,' and 'Queencard' sparked massive sing-alongs from the audience with just their intros, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
In addition, solo stages that highlighted each member's individuality followed in succession. Minnie and Soyeon's powerful dance, Miyeon's captivating arrangement, Shuhua's bold opening dance, and Yuqi's geomungo performance captivated local fans with each member's distinct musical spectrum.
Taking the stage, (G)I-DLE expressed their gratitude in the local language, saying they were able to perform on such a grand stage thanks to their fandom 'NEVERLAND.' Notably, near the end of the concert, they made a surprise announcement about an additional Macau concert scheduled for August 29, drawing enthusiastic cheers from the audience. During the encore stage, they performed 'KLAXON' and 'Red Sun,' a beloved Hong Kong folk song, bringing the concert to a perfect close.
Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE, who are continuing their world tour after successfully performing at Taipei Dome and Hong Kong's Kai Tak Stadium, are set to release their 9th mini album 'We made' and make a comeback on July 6. This album includes the title track 'Gimme Dat Love,' a summer love song, heightening fans' anticipation.
