HLB is holding an investor relations (IR) session for domestic and international institutional investors to enhance its corporate value.

According to an HLB regulatory filing on the 29th, the IR session will take place in Seoul from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM on the 30th, targeting major domestic and international institutional investors.

This event will be held as a Non-Deal Roadshow (NDR), which is not directly tied to fundraising activities such as a rights offering. It has been organized to improve investors' understanding of the company and ultimately enhance corporate value. At the event, HLB plans to provide a detailed explanation of its core business operations, followed by a Q&A session.

Meanwhile, HLB has already held investor relations sessions twice this month, on the 22nd and the 24th.
