Samsung Electro-Mechanics has signed a supply contract for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) worth approximately 454 billion won with a global major company.

Samsung Electro-Mechanics announced through a regulatory filing on the 29th that it had signed an MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor) supply contract with a global major company. Through this contract, the company has secured a stable order base for the year 2027.

Regarding detailed transaction terms, there is no separate down payment or advance payment, and the payment conditions were not disclosed. Additionally, the counterparty remains undisclosed due to business confidentiality reasons. Samsung Electro-Mechanics plans to disclose the counterparty and key contract terms on the next business day after the reserved period ends on December 31, 2027.

Finally, the company added, "The contract amount, contract period, and other details may change depending on the future progress of the business."
