AEN, a seven-member multinational boy group formed through a partnership between Starship Entertainment and Japan's Amuse, has successfully completed a local showcase in Japan, firing the opening shot for their global activities.
AEN held a greeting showcase at SGC Hall Ariake in Tokyo, Japan, on the 27th. Despite being rookies who have yet to officially debut, approximately 3,000 audience members filled the venue, proving the fervent anticipation of local fans.
On this day, AEN spectacularly opened the stage with their original song 'Clockwise.' They then delivered diverse performances of a total of four songs, including a special cover stage and the title track 'X to Z' from their debut album. After the performance, the members expressed deep gratitude to the fans who visited the venue and shared their aspiration to repay them with even better stages in the future.
Comprising four Korean and three Japanese members, AEN's group name embodies the meaning of 'a new era that redefines this very moment' along with the Japanese word for 'eternity.' Their first stage and potential have been prominently covered by major Japanese local media outlets such as Daily Sports and Sports Nippon, drawing intense interest.
Having successfully wrapped up their first official stage, AEN is set to release their first mini album on August 5 and launch full-scale debut activities.
