CSA Cosmic announced in a regulatory filing on the 1st that, as a result of consultations with relevant authorities, it has changed the end date of the trading suspension and the scheduled listing date for new shares as part of its capital reduction schedule.

According to the amended filing, the scheduled end date for the trading suspension was changed from 'TBD' to August 3, and the listing date for new shares was confirmed as August 4. This capital reduction is being pursued to improve the company's financial structure by covering retained losses.

The details of the capital reduction are as follows: • Reduction ratio: 93% (15 shares of common stock with a par value of 200 KRW to be merged into 1 share on a non-compensatory basis) • Subject of reduction: 99,529,718 shares of common stock • Number of issued shares: 106,638,983 shares → 7,109,265 shares • Capital stock: 21,327,796,600 KRW → 1,421,853,000 KRW • Record date for capital reduction: July 14

Meanwhile, CSA Cosmic plans to hold its 38th Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at 9:00 a.m. on September 11 in the conference room on the 14th floor of the Doosan Building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The main agenda item is 'Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation,' and the detailed contents will be resolved by the Board of Directors and disclosed later. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to attend and exercise voting rights at the extraordinary general meeting has been set for August 5.
