Forte di Quattro proved themselves as the top group of the first half of the year by claiming the throne in the Best Group category of the June Netizens Awards, which determines the reigning champion of the year's first half. As these finals carried the significance of a mid-year review, fierce competition unfolded between fandoms aiming to defend their first-place position and latecomers striving to climb the rankings.

According to the final tally for the Best Group category, Forte di Quattro defended their top spot with a total of 13,339 votes (43.4%). With this victory, Forte di Quattro set a remarkable record of leading the pack for eight consecutive months since November of last year, firmly establishing a solo lead system in which they never once relinquished the top spot throughout the entire first half. By maintaining an unwavering share of the overall vote volume, they once again demonstrated their powerful fandom cohesion.

The dominance of crossover and classical genre groups continued in the upper rankings. Liberante gathered more votes than the previous month, securing 6,273 votes (20.4%) to defend second place, while Fortena also recorded 3,449 votes (11.2%) to claim third place. La Poem followed in fourth place with 2,398 votes (7.8%), and Forestella secured fifth place with 1,985 votes (6.5%), continuing the trend of crossover teams sweeping the top five.

In the middle rankings, a fierce battle to defend positions unfolded among popular idol and band groups representing K-pop. SF9 maintained sixth place with 790 votes (2.6%), while NewJeans ranked seventh with 723 votes (2.4%), closely trailing behind. BTS took eighth place with 491 votes (1.6%), Jannabi claimed ninth with 412 votes (1.3%), and the virtual idol group PLAVE rounded out the top 10 by securing tenth place with 336 votes (1.1%).

Between 11th and 15th place, active contests reflecting fans' voting preferences also took place. TWICE defended 11th place with 150 votes (0.5%), an increase from the previous month, while AKMU leapt to 12th place with 94 votes (0.3%). BABYMONSTER and ILLIT each recorded 59 votes (0.2%), placing their names at 13th and 14th respectively, while BLACKPINK ranked 15th with 58 votes (0.2%), highlighting the fierce ranking competition among girl groups.

In the lower rankings, the first-half race concluded with meaningful results fueled by fans' support to secure even one more vote until the very last moment. IVE settled at 16th place with 51 votes (0.2%), while ITZY recorded 17th with 33 votes (0.1%). LE SSERAFIM climbed to 18th with 27 votes (0.1%), and N-Dubble, who made an appearance in these finals, along with N.Flying, who received steady support, each earned 5 votes to finish tied for 19th place on the rankings table.

With Forte di Quattro's solid lead system and the continued challenges from diverse groups across all genres, attention is increasingly focusing on the future race of the Netizens Awards Best Group category following the conclusion of the first-half finals.
