Mintech announced in a regulatory filing on the 2nd that it has signed a supply contract worth 10.87 billion won for an 'integrated semiconductor module automated inspection equipment for manufacturing, inspection, and EIS.'

The contract amount represents a significant volume equivalent to 51.72% of Mintech's most recent revenue based on fiscal year 2025 (21.016 billion won). The equipment will be supplied through in-house production, and the supply region is South Korea.

  • Contract Date and Period: The contract will be signed on July 1, 2026, with the contract period running from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028.
  • Payment Method: When the purchaser issues a purchase order (PO) in the future, a down payment of 10–30% per item will be paid, with the balance to be paid in cash upon final inspection completion.
  • Delivery Schedule: The company explained, "This contract is a goods supply and basic transaction agreement, and the specific delivery timing and location will be determined by the purchaser's specific purchase order (PO) in the future."

Counterparty and Confidentiality The counterparty's main business is the manufacturing of optosemiconductor (LED) modules. However, it was confirmed that there is no record of similar contract performance between Mintech and the company over the past three years.

The company stated that, pursuant to Article 9 (Confidentiality Obligation) of the contract, the counterparty requested confidentiality regarding business matters, and that it will defer disclosure regarding the counterparty until December 31, 2028, with the approval of the exchange.
