MX Robotics announced on the 2nd that it has signed a contract worth 19.5 billion KRW with India's leading company Reliance Industries Limited to build logistics automation facilities for the solar panel manufacturing process.

The total value of this contract is 19,504,809,377 KRW. This amount accounts for 13.08% of the company's most recent revenue (149,093,596,003 KRW) based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements. The company explained that the contract amount was converted from 12,089,284 USD and 48,029,464 INR using the initial exchange rates as of July 1, 2026 (1 USD = 1,548.40 KRW, 1 INR = 16.36 KRW).

The contracting party, Reliance Industries, operates a solar panel manufacturing business and has a track record of executing similar contracts with MX Robotics over the past three years. The scope of this contract covers the construction of logistics automation facilities for solar panel manufacturing processes in India.

• Contract signing date: July 1, 2026
• Contract period: March 25, 2026 – April 7, 2027 (subject to change based on conditions in the construction contract, etc.)
• Execution method: A combination of in-house and outsourced production

• Meanwhile, payments will be made sequentially under the following conditions:
• First advance payment: 10%
• Second advance payment: 10%
• Progress payment proportional to delivery and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): 55%
• Progress payment proportional to installation: 5%
• Balance upon completion of SATs: 10%
• Balance upon provision of SBLC: 10%
