As voting for the June Netizen Awards Mega Star Award came to a close, the 'King of Singers' Cho Yong-pil staged a dramatic comeback to claim the top spot. As the grand finale of the first-half campaign, fan base solidarity aimed at reclaiming the lead and the late-stage voting enthusiasm for the maestros heated up.

According to the final tally for the Mega Star Award, Cho Yong-pil secured the throne with 4,886 votes (34.2%). Having trailed Koo Chang-mo by a mere 103 votes in May to settle for second place, Cho leveraged his fandom's overwhelming concentration on the ultimate stage of the first half to turn the tide and reclaim the summit.

Meanwhile, Koo Chang-mo, who had held the top spot for two consecutive months through May, managed only 3,106 votes (21.7%), surrendering the lead to Cho Yong-pil and dropping to second place.

In third place, Kim Wan-sun recorded a double-digit vote share with 1,766 votes (12.4%), firmly defending her position in the top tier. The battle of pride among legends was fierce in the middle-to-upper ranks as well. Shin Seung-hoon, who ranked 9th last month, surged to 4th place with 1,195 votes (8.4%), while Lee Sun-hee settled into 5th with 1,048 votes (7.3%). They were followed by Na Hoon-a with 608 votes (4.3%, 6th), Nam Jin with 562 votes (3.9%, 7th), and Kim Kyung-ho with 261 votes (1.8%, 8th). Lee Eun-ha held onto 9th place with 212 votes (1.5%), and Lee Mi-ja completed the top 10 lineup with 194 votes (1.4%).

A fierce vote race also unfolded in the 11th–15th place bracket. Ha Chun-hwa secured 11th place with 181 votes (1.3%), followed by Kim Yuna with 58 votes (0.4%, 12th) and Yim Jae-beum with 51 votes (0.4%, 13th). Kim Jang-hoon, who was in the lower tier last month, leapt to 14th place with 37 votes (0.3%), and Joo Hyun-mi also claimed 15th place with an identical 37 votes (0.3%).

Steady love for the legendary artists continued in the lower ranks. The rankings were assigned to Lee Seung-hwan with 32 votes (0.2%, 16th), Kim Beom-ryong with 31 votes (0.2%, 17th), Hye-eun-i with 14 votes (0.1%, 18th), and Bae Chul-soo with 10 votes (0.1%, 19th), while Song Chang-sik recorded 20th place with 8 votes (0.1%), bringing the grand journey of the first-half finals voting to a close.
