The largest shareholder of Gwangjin Industry will change to CC Holdings Co., Ltd. This is because the current largest shareholder, CEO Heo Jeongdo, has signed a stock purchase agreement to sell his entire stake.

According to Gwangjin Industry's regulatory filing on the 2nd, CEO Heo agreed to transfer 2,283,294 common shares (a 28.80% stake) to CC Holdings and Dain Investment Partnership. The total transfer price is 10,008,277,720 won, with a per-share transfer price of 4,380 won.
