Hanmi Semiconductor Chairman Kwak Dong-shin is purchasing an additional 5 billion won worth of company shares, stepping up efforts to enhance management stability and corporate value.

Hanmi Semiconductor disclosed in a trading plan report for executives and major shareholders on the 2nd that Chairman Kwak plans to purchase 20,290 common shares on the open market on August 3.

The planned acquisition price for this purchase is 246,500 won per share, with a total planned transaction amount of 5,001,485,000 won. The company explained that the purpose of the transaction is to enhance corporate value through the direct acquisition of company shares. The planned unit price was calculated based on the closing price on the Korea Exchange on July 1, 2026, the day before the report's reference date. However, pursuant to the Capital Market Act, the actual transaction may be executed within a range of 70% to 130% of the planned amount, meaning the final quantity and unit price may vary.

Upon completion of this purchase, Chairman Kwak's stake will see a modest increase. As of the report's reference date, Chairman Kwak holds 32,018,809 common shares of Hanmi Semiconductor, representing a 33.59% stake. If the purchase proceeds as planned, his holdings will increase to 32,039,099 shares, bringing his stake to 33.61%.

Chairman Kwak has also actively purchased company shares on three separate occasions over the past six months. He acquired a total of 80,948 shares on January 5 (47,715 shares), April 29 (9,576 shares), and June 18 (23,657 shares), amounting to approximately 17.23679 billion won.

Including the additional purchase plan disclosed this time, Chairman Kwak's total planned trading volume over the past six months amounts to 101,238 shares, valued at approximately 22.23827 billion won. This represents approximately 0.11% of Hanmi Semiconductor's total issued shares.
