Basketball star Heo Woong achieved the 'dream record' of winning for 30 consecutive months in the June Netizens Awards Sports Category Sports Grand Award voting.

According to the voting results, Heo Woong secured a firm hold on first place with a total of 8,142 votes, accounting for 38.4% of the share. This completed the monumental record of defending the top spot for 30 consecutive months in Netizens Awards history.

However, the pursuit for the lead was no easy feat. Football star Lee Kang-in, backed by the full support of the football fandom, recorded 7,583 votes and a 35.8% share, closely chasing Heo Woong and further solidifying the two-star duopoly.

Figure skating queen Kim Yuna took third place. With steady fan support, she maintained her unchanged No. 3 position with 1,617 votes and a 7.6% share.

In the middle of the rankings, there were positional changes driven by the pride of marquee stars. South Korean national football team captain Son Heung-min climbed one spot from last month to fourth place with 914 votes and a 4.3% share. Volleyball empress Kim Yeon-koung held onto fifth place with 845 votes and 4.0%, a narrow margin. KBO superstar Kim Do-young settled in sixth place with 666 votes and a 3.1% share.

In the lower half of the rankings, MLB player Lee Jung-hoo maintained seventh place with 626 votes and a 3.0% share, while badminton queen An Se-young rose to eighth place with 367 votes and 1.7%. Golf star Yoon Ina claimed ninth place with 359 votes and an identical 1.7% share, just 8 votes behind An Se-young.

Finally, newly ranked esports player Guma Yushi placed 10th with 58 votes and a 0.3% share, bringing the June Sports Grand Award voting race to a close.
