Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong defended the top spot in the Business Leader category of the Netizens Awards' Corporate Division for June. In the June voting results, Chairman Lee secured 1,693 votes (a 45.9% share) to maintain first place, continuing his lead in the category with a second consecutive win following the previous month.

In the top tier, the chase by Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Euisun grew even fiercer. Chairman Chung defended second place with 1,077 votes (29.2%), raising his approval rating by 2.8 percentage points from the previous month's 26.4%. The two business leaders captured a combined 75.1% of the total votes, making the two-horse structure in the business leader category increasingly clear.

In the middle tier, Shinsegae Group Chairman Chung Yong-jin maintained sole third place with 213 votes (5.8%). The competition for a tied fourth place was fierce. Lotte Group Chairman Shin Dong-bin received 167 votes (4.5%), while CJ Group Chairman Lee Jae-hyun, who was in sole sixth place the previous month, rose to a tied fourth place with the same 167 votes.

Meanwhile, Hotel Shilla President Lee Boo-jin, who ranked fifth the previous month, saw a slight adjustment in her vote count, rising to sixth place with 136 votes (3.7%). Hanwha Group Vice Chairman Kim Dong-kwan secured seventh place with 133 votes (3.6%), trailing President Lee Boo-jin by just 3 votes. LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo recorded eighth place with 91 votes (2.5%).

In the lower tier, SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won ranked ninth with 5 votes (0.1%), and Hyosung Group Chairman Cho Hyun-joon, who newly entered the rankings in June, placed tenth with 4 votes (0.1%).
