Son Tae-jin once again defended his throne with overwhelming firepower in the 'June 2025 Netizens Awards Broadcasting Grand Prize (First Half Finals).' He renewed the all-time record of ranking first for 25 consecutive months, continuing his unrivaled streak that has now surpassed two full years.

Son Tae-jin Defends Top Spot for 25 Consecutive Months as Vote Count and Share Both Rise

In the June Netizens Awards Best Broadcasting Grand Prize voting results, Son Tae-jin secured 1st place by earning a total of 14,113 votes with a 61.2% share. Following his all-time record last May as the first to achieve '24 consecutive months of victory' in the Broadcasting Grand Prize category, he set a new milestone this month as the 'undisputed No. 1 for 25 consecutive months.' Notably, both his vote count and share showed an upward trend compared to the previous month, demonstrating even stronger momentum.

Top-Tier Competition: Kian84, Yoo Jae-suk, Lee Chan-won, and Kang Ho-dong 'Hold Their Ground'

The firepower battle among top-ranked stars was fierce, but it did not lead to any ranking changes.

  • 2nd place Kian84 — 2,742 votes (11.9%): Defended 2nd place on the back of solid public support
  • 3rd place Yoo Jae-suk — 2,191 votes (9.5%): Confirmed his standing as the nation's MC
  • 4th place Lee Chan-won — 2,041 votes (8.9%): Rose one spot amid concentrated fan support
  • 5th place Kang Ho-dong — 906 votes (3.9%): Firmly maintained his 5th place position

Mid-Tier Shake-Up: Joo Woo-jae vs. Lee Seung-gi Swap Places

A ranking reversal occurred in the mid-tier, heightening the tension. Joo Woo-jae, who was edged out by Lee Seung-gi last month, reclaimed 6th place this month with 316 votes (1.4%). Meanwhile, Lee Seung-gi settled for 294 votes (1.3%), landing one step down at 7th place.

Lower Tier: Jeon Hyun-moo, Jang Do-yeon, and Min Kyung-hoon Round Out the Top 10

A fierce battle for votes also unfolded at the bottom of the rankings.

  • 8th place Jeon Hyun-moo — 225 votes (1.0%)
  • 9th place Jang Do-yeon — 157 votes (0.7%): Showcased the pride of female entertainers
  • 10th place Min Kyung-hoon — 58 votes (0.3%): Finished the June voting race in the final 10th spot

As the June Broadcasting Grand Prize voting was held as the first-half finals, each star's fandom mobilized for an all-out effort. The results reaffirmed Son Tae-jin's sole dominance and the fixed lineup of top-tier contenders.
