The "Cherry Day" event hosted by the Northwest Cherry Growers was held on the morning of the 2nd at Lizio Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Actress UEE, who was selected as the muse for the association, attended the event and revealed her healthy lifestyle and daily life enjoying cherries through photo sessions and interviews.

Regarding her selection as the muse, UEE said, "It is a great honor to become a cherry muse this time," and added, "I usually enjoy exercising a lot, and lately I have been running frequently."

When asked about the secret to maintaining her running routine, UEE said, "Rather than running alone, I run with my friends," and explained, "Exercising together makes me run better and gives me a greater sense of accomplishment. It is also fun to eat delicious food together after working out, which keeps me going consistently."

In particular, UEE emphasized that she regularly eats cherries as part of her health routine. She said with a smile, "I'm not just saying this because I'm the cherry muse — I have always really loved cherries," and added, "I am even happier to have become the cherry muse this time." She continued, "I heard that eating cherries after exercising helps reduce inflammation because they are rich in vitamins and antioxidants," and added, "Lately, I always make sure to eat cherries after I finish running," drawing attention.

She also revealed her secret to managing her diet. UEE explained, "I try to pay close attention to my daily diet," and said, "I carefully check the ingredients of foods and try to fill my body with healthier foods in proportion to how much I exercise."

Meanwhile, UEE also shared her activity plans for the second half of this year and next year. She said, "I am currently working hard filming the drama 'Full Count,' which will air on SBS next year," and added, "I am playing a new character that I have never shown before, so I ask for your high expectations."

Finally, UEE concluded with a greeting, saying, "As I have become the muse for the Northwest Cherry Growers this year, I ask for your continued interest and love for Northwestern American cherries."
