As of 9:16 a.m. on the 3rd, domestic nuclear power-related stocks are broadly declining in tandem, showing overall weakness.

With investor sentiment remaining subdued following the previous day's sharp decline in the domestic stock market, the KOSDAQ fell more than 2% during today's session, strengthening the sell-off in nuclear power stocks. At the same time, the KOSPI rose 8.07 points (0.10%) from the previous trading day to 7,656.16, while the KOSDAQ plunged 20.78 points (2.39%) to 845.94, recording a relatively larger drop.

The declines among major nuclear power stocks are also pronounced. Doosan Enerbility traded at 81,500 won, down 5.23% from the previous trading day, showing a relatively steep decline, and Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) Engineering & Construction also recorded 99,300 won, down 8.39%. In addition, Woori Technology (-4.62%), Orbitech (-4.25%), Woojin (-3.99%), Woojin Entech (-3.45%), Daechang Solution (-3.41%), Mobis (-2.11%), KEPCO KPS (-2.10%), Susan Industry (-1.82%), Geumhwa PSC (-1.07%), and Korea Electric Power Corporation (-1.04%) all failed to escape the downward trend.

Currently, nuclear power-related stocks are riding the broader market's downward trend. As stock price volatility may expand during the session depending on supply and demand changes and market sentiment, investors are advised to closely monitor the trajectory of market indices and trading volumes.
