Clobot announced on the 3rd through a regulatory filing that it has set the first-stage issue price for its paid-in capital increase at 20,600 won per share.

The new shares to be issued through this paid-in capital increase are 5,494,500 registered common shares, with a par value of 500 won. The first-stage issue price calculation date has been designated as July 2, 2026.

The company explained that the price disclosed this time is the 'first-stage issue price,' and the 'final issue price' will be officially announced on August 11.

The final issue price shall, in principle, be the lower of the first-stage and second-stage issue prices. However, it is calculated by applying the minimum issue price standard in accordance with the Capital Markets Act and regulations related to the issuance and disclosure of securities.

In addition, the final issue price will be determined on the third business day prior to the first day of the subscription period for existing shareholders, and will be additionally disclosed through the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system.

Meanwhile, the company added that it partially applied a 25% discount rate based on the existing formula in relation to the calculation of the issue price for this paid-in capital increase.
