Doosan Enerbility (034020) finished slightly higher on the 3rd, recovering most of its losses amid a dramatic rebound in the KOSPI.

In that day's KRX trading session, Doosan Enerbility closed at 86,200 won, up 200 won (0.23%) from the previous trading day. In the early session, the stock showed weakness, falling to the low 80,000-won range due to the KOSPI's sharp decline, but it managed to turn upward as market sentiment reversed sharply in the afternoon.

On the same day, the domestic stock market experienced what can only be described as a 'roller coaster' session. The KOSPI saw investor sentiment contract significantly as it fell to as low as 7,378.10 during the session, but it successfully turned upward as bargain-hunting buy orders flowed in. After surging to as high as 8,136.28 intraday, it closed at 8,088.34, up 440.25 points (5.75%) from the previous day, recovering the 8,000 mark. Large-scale net buying by institutional investors led the index's rebound, reflecting improved investor sentiment following the steep decline.

Doosan Enerbility also recovered its losses within this market trend, closing in slightly positive territory. However, some analysts suggest that stock price volatility may expand in the short term depending on domestic and international stock market volatility, interest rates, and policy issues, warranting close observation of future trends.
